“My role is to meet people where they’re at and help them uncover the solutions that are already in the room – because those are the ones that stick. My goal is to guide, not push – and to ensure every leader feels confident navigating even the toughest conversations.”

After starting my first business in 1996, I have spent my career focused on helping companies grow as a business owner, leader, consultant, and coach. My experience has taught me that, ‘people don’t lead, purposes do.’

For over a decade I’ve helped businesses like yours break through the barriers holding them back and set them up for long-term success. I understand the frustrations you’re facing and your desire to fix them. My job is to help your team get clarity, gain traction and professionalize your business.

What to expect from the process

We start with where you’re at – the real and raw of it, no judgement. Using a series of tools and processes, we get everybody rowing in the same direction.

This chat is simply about determining whether there’s enough alignment to move forward together – no commitment required – an initial conversation to determine whether Rob’s approach meets your needs.

Your workshop can be scheduled virtually or in person. In this session, Rob will introduce your Leadership Team to the management framework. After this workshop, you and your team will have everything you need to decide whether you’re ready to get started.

Session days take place in-person and are between 6-8 hours. Over the course of these three days, we build out your foundational tools and establish clear short- and long-term goals for the organization.

One full day session per quarter to ensure alignment on the vision, set goals for the next 90-days, and solve those lingering long-term issues. Once a year, the team takes a 2-day retreat to plan for the year and build team health.

All the tools and processes have been rolled out throughout the whole organization, and your Leadership Team is healthy and firing on all cylinders.

While many clients keep a relationship with Rob, the aim is to create a business that thrives on its own. Your business is yours, transformed.

Working with Rob is most effective for teams with 10-250 employees ready to make meaningful changes rather than seeking quick fixes or instant answers. The free 90-minute workshops are in place to help you decide if EOS – and Rob – are a good fit for you, without any commitment or pressure.

Typically a team will work with Rob for 2 years, but results start to show much sooner than this. Even after the first session, teams begin to experience more clarity and confidence.

Your leadership team. In other words, your senior leaders who are directly accountable for the biggest components of the business. This is usually 2-7 members.

No, it is not a software, but a set of practical tools and timeless processes pulled together from all over and structured into a system that gives you exactly what you need, and nothing else.

Think of it like installing an operating system on your computer: it creates a framework that allows everyone to work together smoothly, helping your business run more effectively.
